I arrived in the United States two decades ago as an au pair, having grown up in Japan. Little did I know that my journey would lead me to the world of ramen. It was fate that brought me to this path. After a long search, I realized that Denver was missing a remarkable bowl of ramen with a flavorful broth. Determined to fill this gap, I devoted myself to creating an exceptional broth that would serve as the heart of high-quality ramen. This passion led to the birth of Kyu Ramen.
As one of the few Japanese person in the neighborhood, I was determined to share the authentic taste of ramen with the local community. However, perfecting the art of ramen was no easy task.
